EVERYTHING HERE COULD CHANGE IN THE FUTURE, THIS IS STILL A HEAVY WIPSince I am fairly new to taking commissions I will be quite slow, and only take a few at a time. (maybe 3-5 depending on how comfortable I am with everything, friends are priority until i get better at talking to peopleLOL.)I draw on two art programs; CSP and Procreate (mainly on csp now though) and i jump between ipad and pc sometimes. it is hard to mimic one artstyle on the other program and older styles BUT you can request an artstyle and I will try my best to replicate it.

By commissioning me, you have read, understand, and accept these terms.Do not attempt to; remove, tamper with, or replace my watermarks.
Do not claim my art as your own, or use it in nsfw/kink/fetish topicsMy art belongs to me and is not to be put into/trained with any AI of ANY kind- Using your commission as a Pfp, Banner or reposting, editing/colouring is OK, as long as you credit me by my socials or carrd.- I am allowed to use all commission work in portfolios and post art or models to my socials (you can request to be anonymous, I can make exceptions.)- Whatever you commission is for personal use only, a keychain or two for yourself or a friend is okay, as long as you aren't selling anything with my art. We can discuss this though.- If you are rude or disrespectful I have every right to cancel the commission.- I do so much better with specifics and drawn references, I like things to be as close as they can to how they are meant to look. This applies to every form of art I do so PLEAAASE be specific if you want a detail included!!- If I feel I don't have the skills to do it, if it falls in line with my dni / can't-do list or if it makes me uncomfortable, I have the right to decline the commission.--------PAYMENT---------
i heavily prefer non-robux payment, but that doesnt mean i wont accept your commission if you can only pay with robux. This does mean it will cost alot though as it isnt that beneficial of a currency, sorry!!- Payment is only through Ko-fi until I sort alternative payment.
Payment can also be 50/50, you are required to pay the other half after the sketch/flat colours stage. I cannot do 50/50 payments for lineart/doodles, i am less likely to give updates with 50/50 payment, this is purely so the art isn't stolen before its fully payed.
I do not accept 50/50 or installment payments with robux.
payment with robux will most likely be 2k-10k depending on complexity. _{(for art)}- I also accept steam game gifts! (of same value) (i can also do half and half payments with that too)- i accept characters of similar value as trade/payment aswell!- I kindly ask that you be patient with me for bigger commissions, my motivation isn't consistent. but PLEASE don't be afraid to remind me or ask for updates.- If you decide to change a character in the commission BEFORE ive started, you will not be charged BUT price may increase depending on complexity.
If you decide to change a character DURING a commission, there may be an additional charge depending on how far the commission has gone.- Small tweaks and changes are accepted with no extra fees, I want you to be happy with what you get!!-If at any time you decide to cancel your commission, please understand that i am unable to refund commissions because of currency differences. putting it on hold, or using it as a discount (total payed is discounted from price of future commissions) is possible.------- ANIMATION TOS --------

- My models are not to be resold or used as bases.- I am a bit rusty with my VRChat uploading/toggle-making skills, extra charges apply if you want complex toggles, I am still learning.- making small edits, like adding your own clothes or accessories, are allowed as long as you dont claim the model as your own.- I am learning how to rig, uv unwrap, texture paint, and optimize meshes semi-professionally, this takes a long time for me, so please be patient.- Changes/refurbishments can be made, up to 75% of the base price may be charged depending on what gets changed.ROBLOX UGC
- Any Roblox ugc you commission me for is not to be sold and for personal use only, if you want to sell ugc there will be additional prices, I have the right to atleast 50% from sales. I am open to talking about this, I prefer if you mention it before you commission me.----3D MODEL PAYMENT----
Same rules as drawing commissions.
- I accept installations of at minimum a quarter of the price. payment needs to be completed by the rigging/VRChat customising stage.- please note that my work follows along with payments, if a payment takes too long, ill put the commission on hold until the next payment is made, this makes it easier for me to prioritize fully payed commissions.ROBUX PAYMENT
I charge the price INCLUDING tax. since it takes some robux away.
I cannot accept 50/50 payments with robux, I will not continue the texturing stage if no payment has been made beforehand/during the modeling stage, like above, it will be put on hold.Robux payment for 3d models, VRChat or not, Has to be discussed with me prior to payment, this is only because at the lowest price i charge at would be around 50k - 100k robux, and can vary depending on what you want. i heavily prefer money for vrchat models.

You will have to upload the ugc on your own, I am happy to help you out but If you are unable to (mobile/console only, age is not verified, or any other circumstance) I will have to upload it myself, the price of your ugc will be ~5k robux since i have to buy premium to put it on sale.I kindly ask if use UGC uploading games to upload my models, please credit me in the description/name. make sure to let me know beforehand._{thats allll. to reassure me a little more you can include beetle emoji in your initial message to let me know you read this all!

prices are USD for convenience but i have my ko-fi set to aud, sorry if this is an inconvinience.

i use NZD/AUD, i lose about 10-ish bucks (or like. a small percentage) due to conversion rates idk it sucks
